Help Desk

The Soltys, Inc. Help Desk Service was developed to provide companies with a contracted (retained) relationship with low cost and flexibility. Many companies utilize help desk services prior to significan engagements and as post engagement support.

Help Desk Services can be retained for as little as two hours per month with the opportunity to engage and expand services as needed, coordinated with consultant availability.

The Help Desk is designed to assist with problem solving, creative solutions and brainstorming on initiatives and challenges. Most of the consulting is via phone, Skype or other means of communication, with exchange of documents and information as needed.

Companies engaging Help Desk Services contract a number of hours of consultant availability per month with a minimum of two hours. Most Help Desk contracts do not exceed five hours per month. Rates are set at a flat rate per hour. If additional time is needed, request is made in writing to expand the time and is dependent on consultant availability. Unused time in any month may not be used at a future time. Should a company decide to expand consulting services beyond the Help Desk, the Help Desk retained contract will defer or roll into the expanded services as detailed in the Statement of Work.

Calls or online meetings are by agreed appointment. Impromptu calls are discouraged. Emails can be sent at any time. All Help Desk calls and emails will be charged a minimum 15 minute increment and all partial increments are rounded up to the next 15 minute period. Clients may choose which staff members are allowed to use the Help Desk by submitting a list of named users.

Clients are encouraged to provide any relevant information prior to the call or requested email assistance. Review time is included in Help Desk time.

Clients who retain Help Desk Services will receive Soltys, Inc. updates and information regarding the industry, best practices and ideas at no additional charge.
