How will the Audit Results be Presented?

A report will be prepared in a notebook format so that sections and or pages may be used and copied to facilitate the implementation process.  The report will have diagrams, samples, information and referenced resources as well as the audit findings and recommendations.  Once the report is received, it should be reviewed with key persons in the organization.  Sticky notes are a great way to make notes as you go through.

A debrief meeting is then arranged.  During the debrief, questions should be raised, information clarified and implementation ideas exchanged.  The debrief meeting is high level and will not address minutia.  An agenda will be set for the meeting with adherence to allotted time.  Side bars will be set aside.  Arrangements for further involvement of the team in the implementation may be discussed as well.
